Detailed Terms and Conditions COURTREY VILLA in CALABAY PARC at TOWER LAKE
Booking	The holiday or rental period - defined as the date in to the villa and the date out of the villa and the subsequent number of nights between.
Prices	Prices shown in the brochure are guidelines only and are not firm until all details are clarified - the actual price charged will be that quoted specifically for a booking and as shown on the holiday order confirmation.
Cleans	The villa price includes one clean per booking if extra cleans are required please contact the local management company directly and this will be payable locally.
Deposit	A deposit of £150 ($300) per week is required with each reservation.
Reservation	The reservation is held for 5 days until the deposit is received and held for another 5 days (10 days total) until the deposit is cleared.
Balance	The balance is due and needs to be cleared no later than 8 weeks prior to holiday. The holiday will be considered cancelled if the balance is not paid and cleared by this date.
Refunds	Deposits and bookings are generally not refundable. All bookings are taken in good faith and subsequent requests for the same period made by other interested parties are declined. Every effort will be made to rebook a cancelled holiday. Only in this event will any monies paid be refunded less 10% administration surcharge. Please ensure adequate insurance to cover such events.
Options	Pool heat is not included in the price unless specifically stated in the quotation. Pool heat must be paid when booking and is for a minimum of 4 days.
Security Deposit	A security deposit covers any damage, losses, breakages, extra cleaning etc. You agree to maintain this property in as good a condition as you find it and agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the satisfaction of the owner or agents. A deposit of £200 ($400) is required when the balance payment is due. Our local management team agent will greet you shortly after your arrival to ensure all is well and will inspect the villa after your departure. Any security deposit will be returned as long as the villa is left as found.
Insurance	This is not included. We do not provide any insurance cover. Please ensure you have specific and sufficient holiday insurance to cover all your needs.
Sub-Letting	The holiday is booked to those named on the booking form and further persons are not permitted to stay, sub-letting is not allowed.
Rental Period	Usually Saturday to Saturday but we are flexible and will consider other periods of let and start/finish days.
Rental Times	Villa is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Extensions to Let	This may be possible but only by direct contact with the local management company.
Pets	Unfortunately pets of any kind are NOT permitted under any circumstances.
Smoking	This is a NON SMOKING villa - smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa - the security deposit may be withheld if this is breached so as to re-clean the villa.
Air Conditioning	All doors and windows must stay closed so the air conditioning unit will not ice up, failure to do so could result in you losing your security deposit.
Liability	During your stay the owner or owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. The owner cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, and terrorist activities, closure of airports, weather conditions or events beyond our control).
